We really enjoyed the historic-style building and completely renovated and large room with air conditioning. the food was delicious with a variety of alternatives. - the location was very central, making everything easily accessible from there. - Throughout the day, the staff were super friendly and immensely pleasant.

Everything was brand-new, even so a few employees were very rude. We appreciated spacious and silent room with air-conditioning...

I truly enjoyed being in this place. It was near the center of Banja Luka, the main sites, and the museums. Marvellous location overall. Just a walking distance from the hotel, there was Ferhat Pasha Mosque.

Parking is conveniently available right in front of the hotel.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the working desk in the room, which made it easy for me to get some work done. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
